“ Can’t go wrong with Canary. Colin has done a wonderful job here creating a beautiful aesthetic to enjoy your thoughtful drink in. Shots pulled are always smooth, and Chai always spot on. As a spoiled coffee snob Californian, I would come to Canary and it would make me feel at right at home. What a bright spot in Milwaukee. “ Canary is the Venteux Brasserie Cafe of Milwaukee. I’ve returned many times. Very nice atmosphere in the late morning, and always very peaceful. Similarly to Discourse coffee, Canary has a very fun seasonal menu, playing with a few untraditional ingredients and flavors. I had the blueberry muffin and an oatmilk iced chai. They encourage dining in to reduce waste, even using reusable metal straws. With super nice staff, this may be one of the more personable cafes in milwaukee. ”
